The Helpdesk is located in the Computing Centre (Ramsey), just opposite Ramsey Lecture Theatre.
Our
opening hours during term time are:
- 9:00 - 8.45 Monday - Thursday
- 9:00 - 6.45 Friday
- 10:00 - 4.45 Saturday
- 2:00 - 6.45 Sunday
For opening hours at vacation times, please refer to the Noticeboard . Occasionally, the Helpdesk has a staff development session - advance notice will be given should this occur.
