Who can apply? - Child Student visa를 발급받는 연령?
The child student visa is for children between four and 17 years old who are coming to the United Kingdom. Children between four and 15 years old can only apply if they are going to study at an independent fee-paying school.If a child is 16 or 17 years old and wants to study a course at National Qualification Framework level 3 or above, they can agree with their approved education provider that they will apply either as an adult or as a child student. A 16 or 17 year old wanting to study for an English language qualification at Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) Level A2 or above must apply as an adult student. There are different rules covering applications to extend a child's permission to stay in the United Kingdom as a 16 or 17 year old child student living independently.
영국에서는 만4세~17세 사이의 어린 학생들은 사립학교 진학시에 Chilid student 비자를 받을 수 있다.
만약 학생이 만 16 또는 17세 인경우, Level 3 이상의 승인된 교육기관에서 수업을 받을 경우, Adult student 비자 나 Child student 비자로 비자 발급이 가능하다.
만약 16세 또는 17세의 학생이 Level A2 또는 그 이상의 학업을 수강하기 원한 경우에는 Adult student 비자를 발급받아야한다.
16세 이상의 학생의 경우, 가디언 없이 비자 연장을 하려면 다른 법이 적용된다.
How long can the child extend their stay for? - 연장 가능한 기간은?
They can extend their stay for the full length of their course, up to a maximum of six years (or two years if they are 16 or 17 years old when they apply for an extension), plus four months after the end of the course.If they are 16 or 17 and they want to extend their student visa for more than two years, they can apply as either an adult student or a child student. 그들의 학업을 이수할때까지 최대 6년 동안 머물수 있고 거기에 학업 수료 마지막일로 4개월 더 연장가능하다. (만약 학생이 16세 이상의 child student 비자를 가진 경우라면, 2년동안 연장할 수 있다.) 먄약 16세 이상의 child student 비자를 가진 학생이 2년 이상 연장을 원하는 경우엔 adult student 나 child student 로 신청가능하다.
A child needs 40 points to be able to extend their stay in the United Kingdom as a child student. They must provide the proof needed with their application form. Child student visa 연장을 위해서는 40 점이 필요하다. 학생은 그 점수를 충족할만한 증거자료를 신청서와 함께 제출하여야 한다. *30 점 - 승인된 교육기관에서 학업 : 비자레터 *10점 - 학업을 이수할만한 충분한 돈 (학비 + 생활비 포함) The child or their parent or legal guardian must be able to prove that the money needed has been in their account (either the child's or the parent's or legal guardian's account) for 28 days before the application is sent to us. * 4세~ 17세 재정에 관련된 서류는 예를 들어 잔고증명서의 경우, 아이나, 아이의 부모, 아이의 법적 가디언의 계좌에 최소 28일 동안 예치 되어있는 금액이어야 한다. * 16세 이상의 Child stuent visa 를 가진 학생이 가디언없이 제류시의 재정 관련 서류 학생비자 신청시 인정되는 (비자 레터가 인정되는 ) 기관의 조건
- 영국내에서 인정되는 교육 과정을 제공하거나, 위의 기관에서 인정하는 교육 과정을 제공하는 학업기관. [런던 내 거주시] 기간 : 9개월 이하 - 코스 학비 + £800 /월 에 해당하는 금액을 증명 기간 : 9개월 이상 - 1년치 학비 + £1,600 / 두달 에 해당하는 금액을 증명 [런던 외곽에 거주시] 기간 : 9개월 이하 - 코스 학비 + £600 /월 에 해당하는 금액을 증명 기간 : 9개월 이상 - 1년치 학비 + £1,200 / 두달 에 해당하는 금액을 증명
