영국학생비자 포인트제 (Points Based System) 는 무엇인가요?

포인트제(Points Based System)는 영국에서 취업이나 유학을 희망하는 외국인들을 관리하는 시스템이다. Tier 1은 2008년 2월 29일 영국에 거주하고 있는 외국인들을 위해 시행되었으며 기존의 Highly Skilled Migrant Programme (HSMP)을 대체한다. 2008년 6월 30일 3개의 추가 하위 tier들이 시행되었고 해외에 거주하는 신청자들에게까지 시행대상이 확장되었다. 4가지의 하위 tier들은 Tier 1 (일반) 이주, Tier 1 (투자), Tier 1 (기업), Tier 1 (학업 후 취업) 가 있다. 숙련 노동자들을 위한 Tier 2 와 임시 노동자들을 위한 Tier 5 그리고 Youth Mobility Scheme은 2008년 11월 27일에 전세계적으로 시행되었다.
Tier 4 (일반) 학생과 Tier 4 (아동) 학생 시스템의 첫 시행단계는 2009년 3월 31일부터 시행되었다.

학생비자 신청을 위해서는 40점이 필요하며 신청서와 함께 반드시 필요한 증명사항을 제출해야 한다. 점수 어떻게 해야 점수를 얻나요? 필요한 증명사항과 서류 30 인정되는 레벨의 학업과정 입학과 공인된 교육기관 입학 공인된 교육기관으로부터 발급 받은 비자레터와 비자레터를 발급 받기 위해 사용된 서류들 10 수업료과 생활비를 충당할 수 있는 충분한 재정 신청서를 접수하는 해당 시점에 앞으로 1년간 수업료와 생활비를 충당할 수 있음을 증명할 수 있는 은행이 발급한 재정증명이나 레터 학생은 신청서를 접수할 때 제출하는 재정증명의 액수가 신청서 접수 전 28일 동안 예치되어있었음을 증명해야 한다. 또한, 사진과 지문과 같은 생체정보를 반드시 제공해야 한다. You must be able to prove that the money you need to apply has been in your account
for 28 days before you submit your application.
You must also arrange to have your photograph taken and give your fingerprints, which
